Worst experience and customer service! Firstly I ordered a couch, was supposed to be ready 22 July 24, 22nd came I contacted them and apparently they forgot to order my couch, then I was told August 20th. Well I got a phone call about the 18th and they said 2nd or 3rd week in September. I complained and then was told no I’ll have it then next week, I only received it the following week after that. Well this couch looked like a dogs breakfast, the leather was already peeling off, pen marks, nothing was aligned wouldn’t even fit together, all pillows different sizes was just terribly made. I told them I want a refund and then they said they would recover it, I refused. I had to go to their showroom because they ignored me and then they said they would give me a refund, I’m still waiting no one is getting back to me.
