Unfortunately, I’m now experiencing almost exactly the same situation described by other customers in the reviews.

I placed and paid for my order #56997; on 14 May 2026 at 08:06. I purchased two single seater couches, and I was given an estimated delivery window of 13 June to 13 July 2026.

It is now 4 September 2026, and I am still waiting for my order.

The promised delivery window ended on 13 July. We are now well beyond that date, and despite the order having been paid for months ago, I still do not have my couches.

The experience has been incredibly frustrating. I have had to chase for updates and deal with ongoing uncer*****y around when — or even whether — the order will actually arrive.

What should have been a simple purchase has instead turned into months of waiting, frustration and wasted time.

What makes this even more concerning is seeing other customers describing remarkably similar experiences in their reviews. I genuinely wish I had read those reviews before placing my order.

I am posting this so that potential customers can make an informed decision before purchasing.
