DO NOT BUY FROM LIFESTYLE HOME!

I've dealt with terrible service in the past but Lifestyle Home has taken it to a whole new level. You absolutely struggle to get hold of anyone (email, Whatsapp and phone calls), and when you do it is constant lies. I placed my order 14/10/2025 and at the point of writing this (28/01/2026) I still do not have my order in which I payed in full (I was promised to have it completed in 2-3 weeks). The salesman just blue-ticks your messages and kills your calls. One guy tells me my order is ready, then next they need another 2 weeks because pillows aren't done yet. I've taken 2x afternoons off from work because they say they are going to deliver and truck doesn't pitch. No phone calls nothing!! I've been to the offices in Midrand 6x and their warehouse 2x in order to just try get some sort of communication.

Hi all, I’m just giving an update here to my initial review. After no phone calls being answered or WhatsApps being answered from this business I was eventually forced to drive to their factory on the 30th of January in Centurion in which I stopped in front of their gate and refused to move my vehicle until I saw a manager or my stock. After a heated argument with the security and them wanting me to move my car eventually a “manager” came out to assist. Long story short they eventually brought my stock round with a truck which I then followed all the way home. I still do not have an official apology or anything from this disgusting business. I will not even begin to mention the quality of the items when I unwrapped the furniture it’s just not worth the energy of going through this 4 month process again. Lesson learned!!! I only pray others won’t be making the same mistake I did.
