Dishonest and disheartening

Very dissatisfied with how this company does things. They approached me with the intent of solving my escalation but it was followed by ignorance and empty promises. Victor from lifestyle home reached out but he never followed up.

I'm utterly disappointed with you guys. Doing business with you has been very unpleasant.
