Dirty and smelly couch delivered

I ordered a couch which was delivered two weeks after the 45 days waiting period. The couch arrived with stains and is missing two cushions. The smell of the couch is really what sets me off. To this day, I haven't been able to get that smell off. Other than that I love the couch and the fabric I chose.
