Delivery that never occured

I have spent a large amount on airtime, calls, what's app messages, what's app calls to several sales people who claim that my delivery will be done today , or the next day or the next and so it goes...not to mention that it takes forever for someone to even answer one of the phones! In addition its reshuffling schedules to ensure the delivery can be accepted but again this is to no avail. Who will reimburse the cost of the poor service received!

Payment for delivery and item was made and and yet the item has still not been delivered and frankly spoke to 3 people all of whom don't seem to care about professionalism customer service or standards. The item was specifically requested for Friday or Saturday last week and I was told definitely on Saturday between 11am and 2pm. At 02:40pm after calling several times finally someone answers to say oh no the driver had a breakdown and it will be delivered on Monday. Monday comes and again following up , holding on the line and still nothing! Then suddenly I received a call from a lady who very clearly stated my "cargo was picked up and will be delivered today before 2pm" only to find out her number rings continuosly and goes to voicemail. What kind of a circus do you guys operate?

I want to know when my delivery will happen, and expect to receive the quality and service that I paid for that Lifestyle Home claims to advertise!
