DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!

I bought a couch 3 months ago and it came defective , I have been in contact with Lifestyle ever since to have it replaced and I’ve been ignored, they don’t respond to my WhatsApp text no do they answer their phone. Probably one of the worst customer service out there. Please save yourself the hustle and stress.
