Beware this company. Terrible customer service and furniture quality.

We bought a couch from LIFESTYLE HOME and upon delivery, discovered that is was flawed. We emailed their customer service team to let them know and no response. We then went into the branch in Cape Town, where Daniel, the shop manager, ensured he would replace the couch, after acknowledging the irregularities we had picked up. Since then, he ignores any emails or attempts to get in touch. We have not had the replacement as promised and want to warn other potential customers tat the quality promised is not upheld by the company.
