Best way to lose your money and time. DO NOT ORDER

Do not order from this company. The service is horrible and you won't get your money back or what you ordered. We ordered a grey Harris couch with specific dimensions and after 3 months received the couch that doesn't look like the picture and the size was 2x bigger than what we specified. I've been trying to get it sorted or a refund but they refuse. I've been calling every other day for the past month and no help.

For anyone in this position I suggest you post your experience on social media and lodge a formal complaint at the consumer goods ombudsman. As that was the only way they stopped ignoring me, issue still not resolved. https://www.cgso.org.za/cgso/decision-tree
