Bad service and false info

Worst service ever. I went online and found a couch I like. They say 8 in stock. I email them no response. Whatsapp them, after a few attempts I get a reply. I phoned them because I want to have a look first. They say they dont have stock but online it shows 8. They say they will ship 3 of the couches I want from Cape Town to Centurion. I wait for updates. We drove through from Meyerton to Centurion only to find that they send 1 couch in the wrong colour and its damaged.
