BAD SERVICE

We purchased a couch from Lifestyle home on 3 September and we still haven't received our couch. We were told on 5 December by Joleen that our couch was delivered to the warehouse in CPT and will be withing the week, nothing was delivered, then they closed for December, called Joleen in the 2nd week of January to be told she has resigned and that I must liaise with Justice and Mustafa. Neither of these people answer their phones. I've been trying since then to get an update on my couch. It's now the 7 March, 6 months later and I still haven't received my couch. I'm speechless and dissapointed. We work so hard to save for these things only to be taken for fools by these kind companies that does beautiful advertising and can't deliver on their promises. . If anyone can recommend someone else to assist, please advise.
