Bad customer service

I have bought a bed in January till today am still waiting , I was told to wait until 20 March, we are now in April no communication no nothing, I call they don't answer, I email they don't answer. I was communicating with the lady named Lelo Rathebe, n she just send me email to say 20 March. Now when I email her she doesn't answer my emails, she ignored my emails. The service is very terrible. I wish I did buy my bed somewhere, it's my first and last but with them. Their services is bad and no communication.... They failing so bad to communicate and treat their customers well. No service. Need to work on their communication skills and good customer service
