Bad bad very bad customer service

Purchased 2 chairs 1 May 2023.(paid in full) They promised to deliver the 2d chair on 4 May. When I arrived at the store to collect Simeon adviced us that it hasn't arrived. They then promised the next Friday without any luck. And then the next Friday and the next Friday. It is now more than a month without any feedback or responce. I was just spending more than an hour in the store in Atterbury to try and sort out the delivery. The shop assistant phone the warehouse and they just give vague answers but refuse to speak to me. Save yourself a lot of anger and frustration and rather do your purchase elsewhere 🤬🤬
