Absolutely horrible service

Absolutely horrible service , I placed an order in October with Lameck for a couch and headboard . I paid the amount in full # INV-005167 they promised the order would be delivered first week of December , I have tried emailing them , calling them no one gets back to you.

My next step of action is to go to the showroom and demand my money back if that fails I will have to get lawyers involved

For a Muslim owned company this is extremely disappointing.
