Absolutely disgusted

I received an email three weeks ago stating that my couch is done, then struggled for days to get a hold of someone to ask when it will be delivered. They said they would call me back with an answer but that hasn't happened and now I can't get a hold of anyone on the 3 phone numbers they provided. Worst client service I have ever received.
