Do not recommend

In utter disbelief with the service I received today at your Randburg branch. The individual that is assigned to do scans firstly did not introduce herself by name and secondly the most shocking part is that she has zero ability to do this job. This is my second pregnancy, so more or less I know what to expect. So the excuse of sometimes the baby may be laying awkwardly is a big lie after what I saw today. My husband who had also accompanied me is a qualified doctor and it is clear to him that she is not trained or qualified for this position.She did not explain what she is doing step by step, she could not give me an answer if my baby is doing fine after asking her 3 times. She could barely tell the gender. She seemed to have no clue on how to use the ultrasound probe. How do you even begin to hire someone like this? I’m not even worried about the money and time lost, I’m more worried about other parents going there and being told lies and of course they wouldn’t know any better. You are messing with peoples lives and clearly don’t care.
