If i could give no stars i would
I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this facility during my visit on 11 April 2026 at 11:30. From the moment I arrived, the service felt unprofessional and dismissive. I informed the nurse of the first day of my last menstrual period, expecting proper guidance on whether it was appropriate to proceed with the scan. Instead, I felt rushed and as though the focus was more on completing the appointment than on providing appropriate medical advice or care. This was my first pregnancy scan, and unfortunately, it was a very traumatic experience. I felt invalidated and as though my pregnancy was being questioned, despite having taken four positive pregnancy tests and missing my period. During the scan, the nurse repeatedly mentioned that she would consult her manager, but no actual call or consultation took place while I was there. This came across as unprofessional and disorganised. If there was uncer*****y, I believe I should have been advised to return at a later stage rather than proceed under unclear circumstances. I paid R430 for a very disappointing experience and left feeling upset, unsupported, and unheard. I would not recommend this service and will not be returning.
