Your security guard said i am brainless

I drove to Casternhof early this year, after being released from another hospital. I was in terrible pain after the operation I had. I was barely able to drive and had even packed my bag for admission. I arrive at the hospital only to be met by a very hostile Zimbabwean security officer who said i am brainless. I was barely able to walk but i made my way to ER and was helped by a very polite lady and attended to by Dr Ndlovu who to this day I remain grateful for. Your security could have even tried to offer me a wheelchair than attack me how he attacked me. I was shocked and had no energy for fight him.
