You offer good service with attitude and rudeness?

I have called the Little Company of Mary 7 times now and every time I asked to be put through to the ER division because my mother in law is there due to a broken shoulder and broken wrists. Every time I asked to be put through to the ER division I get cut off. I thought maybe I should ask in Afrikaans to be put through to the Ongevalle afdeling and then the switch *** tells me she doesn't understand Afrikaans. Excuse me? Where exactly do you find yourself employed? In a city where 90% of people are Afrikaans speaking? In Mabopane? You know? For a world class company who employs switch board personnel who cant assist in Afrikaans in PRETORIA, I find it terrible service. I don't expect them to be able to understand Greek of Portuguese or German. But English and Afrikaans should be part of their abilities/ skills to assist as front line personnel. And the fact that they cut me off 7 times is unforgivable.
