Wow great service from pharmacy front shop staff ...NOT!!! ....

Been waiting at pharmacy for about 10 minutes. Standing in front of the staff, no queues, no people waiting. I decided to record the amount of time I started waiting for even acknowledgedment or "I will be with you as soon as I can". Nothing. The poor medical reps wait even longer with absolutely no acknowledgedment as well and get treated even worse. I waited a cool 14 minutes and 55 seconds for someone to say something. This is not the first time I have experienced the horrible service at this hospital. Please can someone do something about this.
