Would not recommend anyone to go to Dr J Snyman in Mosselbay

Dr Jannie Snyman is an ENT specialist in Mosselbay at the Life Bay view Hospital. I feel that he is very unprofessional. Did tests on a patient having a serious illness that doesn’t clear up and he had to do test to confirm the exact problem. He could not even call her back to tell her what it was that was the cause of her problem. He just had his secretary call her to give an explanation to her that was not clear and also not informant at all. He just prescribed her antibiotics for two weeks that didn’t help and when she called back to ask to talk to him to know if there’s any other medication he could recommend, he gave her other antibiotics without talking to her himself that gave her an allergic reaction. When she called back to report the result he just told his secretary to tell her to go to her home doctor to prescribe new medication. This specialist doesn’t care to see his patient get healthy and happy. I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone at all. Very unprofessional and not caring at all.
