Worst Service of my life

My wife Mochekwane Pula and I went to Flora Clinic on Sunday around 19:30, the nurse referred us to the Doctor, we waited and waited till we complained about the poor service. The Doctor only came to see my wife around 1:30 AM on Monday morning. He took blood test and said my wife has blood infection and would advise if my wife stay for further treatment. I convinced my wife to stay and get treated, she was referred to another Doctor by the name of Doctor Tilly, he came and advised my wife to go for scanning and if result come negative she will be allowed to go home on Tuesday. My wife sit and waited for result and eventually came around 16:00 on Tuesday and result were negative. Doctor Tilly then informed my wife that his is job done but he will refer her to another Doctor by the name of Dr Manoussakis, he also said Dr Manoussakis will come around 19:00 for final check up and provide her with medical note. Me and my wife waited for Dr Manoussakis up until 21:30, we called a nurse to check how far is Dr Manoussakis and she said Dr Manoussakis has already left the building. We asked a nurse call Dr Manoussakis to advise a way forward as we need to leave, then Dr Manoussakis said we can leave but we can contact him as external client for check up and medical note. That's where the frustration came in because if we contact him as external client the he will charge my wife for consultation fee, then we decided to speak to Sister Coombs and she eventually took us to a Trauma Doctor just to give us Medical note and that was it. No medication was given to my wife when we go home. My take on this is that Doctors don't care about patient anymore but money. ME AND WIFE ARE SO GUTTED AND DISGUSTED WITH SERVICE AT FLORA CLINIC, WE WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN OR REFER ANYONE TO GO THERE. THAT WAS THE WORST SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED TO A PRIVATE CLINIC OR HOSPITAL. PLEASE HELLOPETER WE ARE BEGGING YOU TO INTERVENE AND ASSIST WITH THIS ESCALATION
