WORST SERVICE FROM THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT !!!!!

So on the 25th of September my 1 year and 4 month son was rushed to casualties due to very high fever, we had to pay R2000 before they would see him and said we can get a refund from the hospital if he gets admitted, which he was, when he was discharged the medical aid paid everything in full then the fight started, after speaking to the casualty department I was referred to Frieda Bronkhorst who I have been emailing and phoning for 2 MONTHS with NO RESPONSE, I have tried speaking to a manager NO RESPONSE once again the only people answering are the operators, Frieda and Yvonne are just declining any calls and ignoring emails.
