Worst service from Life Groenkloof Hospital

My 78year Father went for a knee replacementand had to pay R125 000.00 cash, only for hospital expenses. Up front. He was supposed to get R16 000, 00 refund and we are struggling to get this refund from them. The struggle started on the 2nd of Sept 2019. It is now been 11 weeks. Thabang and Lindie makes promises but money is still not paid back.
