Worst service ever with baby

we rushed to peglerae with our 4 month old boy, he battled with high fever (40) during the night. When we stopped therei checked and hes fever went up to 38 again.. When i entered the trauma unit the lady helped with a file, nurse came out, more interested in texting on her phone, no urgency.. While taking hes bp, she was texting, then we had to wait for a file. Still our babies temp is rising. Finally they took us in. I waited 25mins for the dr. Not one single nurse came to check on us, or take his temp again. The dr, he was African didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. He couldnt even<br> Operate the scale. I had to give him my therm to take temp again. he said he doesnt know whats wrong, it could be his tonsels, ears or sinus!!!!! He prescribed Augmentin antibiotics, i asked whether its safe for a 4 month old to use it, and he said this will clear up the ears etc. btw, he said hes throat wasnt red, ears looked fine. turns out none of that was wrong and he gave amoxycillin to a 4 month old that didnt have a bacterial infection. Our baby had severe side affects from the medication. they released us without attempting to bring hes fever down. Horrible horrible Trauma unit!!!
