Worst service ever

<div>A few days ago I went into Life Kingsbury Hospital in Claremont for a minor check up, after having vaccinated I wanted to check whether all was well with my baby as I am quite far into my pregnancy, I was advised to go in because my actual gynae is away on holiday - due to the vaccine being so new for pregnant women I went to the hospital just to double check that all went well with it and that baby is alright as it was advised by my OBGYN that since I am in my 3rd trimester I must take it. I arrived there to unfortunately be attended to by Dr***** (2hrs later), this proved to be the worst experience of my entire pregnancy, I arrived there at 1:30pm hungry as hell and was promised to be fed only for food to come 2hrs later as well, the nurses monitored baby using belt and said all looks well and with minor contractions in which they think are just braxton hicks and nothing serious, they would show the doc on call (her) and all would be well I could leave afterwards. Dr ****&nbsp; then came 17:45 (so all this time I sat in the examination room waiting) after having looked at the scan to say I need to stay the night as she wanted to monitor my pad on whether or not I am in labour (absolutely ridiculous as I knew I was not in labour cause my water had not even broken), she then in a condescending and rude manner tried to justify why she feels she wants to keep me in hospital, for what seemed to be a non existent issue, she was incredibly rude, condescending and threw a tantrum while throwing my blood results and negative covid results at me, literally. I told her I would not be dealing with her and demanded to leave and go to another hospital or be attended to by another Doc, I ultimately got attended to by a very kind doctor, Dr **** who actually physically attended to me and examined me in no time and did not simply just look at me make demands like Dr **** did. I ended up staying the night because apparently that was procedure only to be told that nothing is wrong the following morning and they wanted to make double sure. I am not happy with the horrific service received at this hospital as this is my first pregnancy, I am supposed to have felt safe and not taken advantage of by a rude doctor who is obsessed with booking people in for unnecessary conditions. I told the hospital I would no longer be giving birth at Kingsbury after the ********** service received because how on earth am I supposed to trust health workers who clearly could not care less about patients with my first born child.I am very disappointed, this has ruined our entire first experience and it is so unfortunate, we thought we would give birth to our daughter there because I was born there too, so the birthing was meant to be sentimental. I do not recommend the maternity to ward and assistance of Dr Jansen to any expectant moms, she is completely cold, ***********, rude and unprofessional.</div>
