Worst service

Was admitted into custernhof hospital into icu stayed for 3 days and was diagnosed with depression and will I was still weak my paper work was done by the hospital and transferred to custernview where I was supposed to be treated.. Stayed the for 11 days on day 12 I was told that I owe the hospital over 22000,, my medical aid did not authorize my stay in casternview.. So I spoke to the supervisor there and she went back and checked only to find out that they didn't do they job.. Did not check with my medical aid and did not have a authorization number. I was discharged immediately and told it would be sorted out and I'll be told of the outcome... No spoke to me until I got a email from them with the banking details and the amount.. I called "sister Budeli" said she will call me back until now nothing.. It's is the worst service I ever imagined.. And now I'm more depressed and extremely stressed because of the bill... I would never advise any friends to go there☹️☹️☹️
