Worst Hospital in Bloemfontein - Rosepark Hospital

Worst experience I every had in Rosepark Hospital Bloemfontein. My wife was submitted to Emergency room on 26/05 at 11:00. We waited and was told there was no beds available. I left to go back to work, after 15:00 she called me to say there still no beds available but she being assisted. I got there at 18:00 to find her in ER on bed, the was IV bag but was not connected to my wife drip in her arm. After few minutes I confronted one of nurse which told me that there no meds in IV drip and that we have to wait. 18:30 they did swift change and the nurse just left while looking me in the eyes. The night nurse arrived and she assisted my wife to get the correct meds. 20:00 at night she called me to let me no she finally got bed and was admitted

Yesterday I visited my wife and just to find out that her IV bag was still not connected to her arm, The doctor that assist her, couldn't even spend few minutes to explain what was wrong and what did the test say.

And worst part is, we being billed for services rendered but they cant even connect IV properly
