Worst hospital experience

Worst hospital experience I’ve ever experienced.

My girlfriend had some kind of acute attack at work where she had extreme chest pains, couldn’t breathe and was sweating frantically.

I drove her to the emergency unit and ran in, saying my girlfriend was still in the car and she can’t breathe. Everyone just sat staring at me until I asked again where I can get a wheelchair. The receptionist got up slowly, went through a door and got walked back with a wheelchair. I ran out with it, transferred my girlfriend from the car to the wheelchair by myself and ran back in with her. I asked where I should go and they again just stared at me until I almost yelled and said can someone just please help us. They finally told me to take her through the door. A nurse came and fetched her from me.

I then sat for 2 hours waiting for her to finish doing xrays and to draw blood until they finally said I can go and see her. After waiting for another 2 and a half hours, i asked the nurse how long it’s still goong to take. She said she doesn’t know why it’s taking so long and will go remind the doctor anout us. He then showed up and spent 2 minutes explaining the results and said someone will be with us to remove the drip and discharge my girlfriend.

Half an hour later, I again had to ask a nurse what was going on. She informed me that the doctor never told her to discharge my girlfriend and that she will double check with him to make sure she can do so.

We asked for a sick note for work, and a copy of the xrays and bloodwork. When receiving our paperwork the sick note was missing. We asked the receptionist where it whas and she said the doctor didn’t write one and she’ll ask him quick.

We then waited another 15 minutes just for a sick note so we can leave.

It took us almost 6 hours just to do xrays, bloodwork and an echo. If you have an emergency situsation, I would not recommend going to this hospital.
