Worst hospital ever

I am incredibly disappointed with the experience my 2-year-old child and I had at Suikerbosrand Hospital. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this facility was not up to standard.

Firstly, the staff were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Despite asking for assistance multiple times—no less than 20 times—I found myself being ignored and dismissed. Their lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking, especially considering the vulnerable state of the patients, particularly young children.

The cleanliness of the hospital was appalling. The floors and bathrooms were filthy, and it was clear that proper hygiene practices were not being followed. In the entire week that we stayed, the bedding was not changed even once. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where cleanliness is paramount to prevent infections.

The food provided was of very poor quality. It was not only unappetizing but also seemed nutritionally inadequate for a hospital setting. This added to the stress and discomfort of an already difficult situation.

Overall, the experience at Life Suikerbosrand Hospital was **********. The combination of rude staff, unsanitary conditions, and poor quality food made an already stressful situation much worse. I sincerely hope that the hospital management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary changes to improve the care and environment for future patients.
