Worst experience ever

Hope this complaint finds the right person It al started on friday afternoon 12-08-2016 when my wife rushed me to Glynwood Life Hospital in Benoni. All the way from Delmas Mpumalanga. I was and still is suffering from severe lower back pain. On arriving at the emergency room at around 4pm I was greeted in the most unproffesional and unpleasent way . The lady at the emergency reception greeted me and i quote "I can see we are gonna fight". After filling out all the paperwork she told me to go sit down and wait because the newd to fetch my file from somewhere accross the road. Being in Allot of pain. I kept quiet and sat down. Waiting 30+ min to be called in for help. The nurses and doctor that helped me were extremely professional and helped me to get the pain relieved. They than admitted me to Ward 1 North where at first the service was excellent. The Night staff assisted me as best they could.. when the day staff arrived on saturday 13-08-2016 they were friendly at first. Gave me some proper pain ****ers. On th Doctor's arrival he ordered me to go for a MRI scan because the x-rays did not reveal where the pain was coming from. The day staff took me to get the MRI done. Im currently on Discovery full Hospital cover plan. The nurse that performed the MRI mad me sign a letter stating that R2750 Had to be paid before i could leave the hospital when discharged as apparently no medical aid covers an MRI in full and that the R2750 either has to be paid cash or taken from my medical aid savings. So I had the MRI done and got taken back to the ward. The next day Sunday 14-08-2016 at 4am in the morning i was woken up with extreme pain. The night staff still on duty gave me once again some good pain ****ers. When the day staff arrived . That is when all Hell broke lose. At around 7 am i called the nurse complaining of pain. I was told that the doctor will arrive soon and they gave me Synaleve tablets. Wich i was told is very strong pain medication. After taking the pain ****ers the pain never went away. Only to find out that the medicine prescribed is a useless light pain****er wich is used normally for flu like symptoms. The doctor arrived at around 11am. He litterally spent 2 min at most reviewing my MRI results. He only looked at 2 of the 11 scans taken and informe me that i have degenerative joints on my 4th and 5th vertebra. He than told me that a Physio the****** will later come and see me. And re prescribed me with Tramacet. He left without explaining anything to me. After he left They gave me 2 Tramazac tablets wich is the Generic type Tramacet. At around 2pm the pai returned and i was told that the can only give me pain medication every 5-6 Hours. At 4pm i was Crawling with pain . I called the nurse who than came and silenced the alarm and told me the guy with the medicine is on his way. At around 5:30 pm i got up and went for a smoke after my wife went and bought me some pain****ers from th pharmacy. I found the nurse who told me 2 hours earlier that pain medication is on the way standing in tha passage and thanked her for doing absolutely nothing. She smiled at me as if its a joke and ignored me. I will not let this BAD experience go un noticed. I am self employed and pay for my Medical aid. Recieving this service was and is still completely un acceptable. I would not reccomend nor ever return to this Hospital unless the management does something about this. I also heard allot of other complaint against the people who is currently treating me. Ive also decided to change to another Doctor. Due to pathetic Medical Malpractice
