Worst casualties ever

I was transferred to Life Wilgers hospital from Life Fourways cause my neurologist is here. The service at Fourways was phenomenal. But when I was transferred to Life Wilgers I experienced the worst service ever.

I had a severe spasm while I was in the ambulance. When they got here the nurses at casualties didn't want to help me at all. Not even trying to stabilise me. They just told the paramedics who brought me in and they must take me to oncology. Then eventually when I got to oncology they helped me.

When my wife got to reception they told her I'm not here. Not even looking to confirm transfers. At least the paramedic was there and he helped her.

If I can give advice never ever go to Life Wilgers for an emergency. If you are admitted then you are in good hands.

To make it worse I'm on a Delta plan with Discovery and had to pay R7650 to start with that ********** service. And all I got was a sorry. Absolutely pathetic.
