worse service ever!!!

We arrived from our gp's to chatsmed hospital with an admitting letter for my 1yr old daughter who was battling to breathe. We were told that it would take 1 hour to get a bed which was already booked. Finally we got our file and went up to the 3rd floor. 3 hours later still nothing no treatment given no help just empty promises of all will be sorted in a few minutes. I could not take it any longer both my wife n I made a noise asked for discharge got out from there, drove straight to Mt edgecombe life were we rec treatment in minutes and that too with a smile and humility. I mean as a hospital people come there for help not a holiday, we can't b left waiting in a so called foyer for a room. If nurses hate their jobs choose a different industry to work in. Don't waste people's time. I will never put my foot in chatsmed or refer anyone to it. The worst experience to date.
