WIRES COMING OUT OF THE SKIN AFTER OPERATION!!!

I have a complain about Life Robinson Private Hospital in Randfontein.

my son got injured on his elbow and i took him to that hospital on the 23rd of December 2024 and they ended up operating him and they had to put wires on his elbow, wich i was ok with but to my suprise just after 10 days the wires *****ed out of his skin and came out of his skin.

i spoke to the Doctor 's assistant and we went back to hospital to be attended by another doctor bcos the one who did operation was on leave. my son had infection and they had to take him back to the theatre so they can see if the wires need to be cut short or what but then they ended up removing them.as they were jst sitting there not doing what they were supposed to do.

then i was told the bone is fine without the wires. they were then taken out.

i wanted to know why the wires ***** out of the skin and causing so much pain onmy son .

i was told the body is rejecting them. and its normal. while i said it means they were incorrectly tied to the bone.

and when i laid the complaint with the hospital they told me they are not responsible for anything to do with the doctors as they are not employed by them. or else i can take fight with the doctor one on one

what kind of service is this. and the doctor did not even bother to call me and find out what is it that im complaining about. Why poor service while they have qualified specialists???
