Wilgers Hospital has no hot water

Admitted at wilgers hospital on Friday 26th August 2023. Decided to have a shower ,went in the shower ran the water,waited and waited for the hot water to come on,never did. Spike the the nurse, she informed me there is no hot water and problem has been like that for the last 3 weeks off and on. They will fix it and after 2 days no hot water again. Called for the person in charge the next day said there will be a technician on site to fix it and he did. That eving I went into the shower no hot water again. It is now 2 days did not have a shower.

No one can give an explanation as to what the problem is. Asked to speak to the Hospital manager, she will only be available on Monady . This is really poor service and no one seems to care that so many patients cannot either bath or shower.

Really upset and disappointed.
