Wilgers Hospital Emergency Care Unit

If I could give a 0 star review I would.

This establishment is a disgrace to the private Healthcare system.

They should shutdown the emergency care unit as it's function is obsolete, anyone with first aid training would be more effective, efficient and competent in a emerging crisis.

Neither "emergency" nor "care" would be appropriate to describe their service.

In a critical situation one would die in their waiting area before any care could be admistered (if a competent medical practitioner could be located).

To ask that the service improve would also be moot as you can't improve on something that doesn't exist.

Maybe if the finance department could share some of their knowledge and systems effectiveness, some service would be generated because there is nothing wrong with the billing department's invoicing and collection, they imbody "emergency" and care" to the collection of payment for "services rendered".

Let me be clear I believe the problem lays with the administration because (they seem to constantly understaff their fasility from other reviews I looked at) they set their practitioners and staff up for failure and blame it on them when things go wrong, but ultimately the only one paying the price is the vulnerable pasient, I truely hope that a change is made before your sytem claim the valuable life of an individual who was neglected because of miss management.
