Wilgers Hospital- a nightmare for sick people

The staff in radiology is unfriendly & rude. I went to the ER &the dr in ER sent me to Radiology & for an ultrasound, when I got there I was told to fill my bladder. I waited for 2 while hours &my bladder got full 2x. When I asked the woman at reception she told me that I (the emergency room patient) was not a priority,they prioritize appointments &not emergency room patients. She was so rude! If you need medical attention, don't go to that hospital, they are not willing to help &will make sure you know that talking to you irritated them. I went back to the ER 2hrs later, they called Radiology to ask why they treated a patient like that. Can you imagine feeling sick &having to deal with rude staff who clearly find your presence irritating? My medical aid will have to pay for that nonsense bad service. Legal action is he only way to deal with such nonsense. If you love your family or friends,don't take them there.
