Wilgehuewel Hospital Horrible Service

Wilgehuewel Hospital has owed me a a refund for almost a year. While its not alot of money, it is a few thousand rand. I have been in and out of the Wilgehuewel hospital Accounts office and phoned Life Health care Customer Services several times. All I get is promises. I have filled out multiple refund forms. Their levels of incompetence is scary.

They are incredibly swift to hand your account over to the lawyers if you owe them.

Horrible, ***********, inefficient administrative staff and almost 12 months of RED TAPE! THEY SUCK!
