Wilgeheuwel Life Healthcare

I was handed over to attorneys I'm Dec following my admission on 8 June 2024. I was admitted in July as well. I received confirmation from the hospital and will bills where sorted out besides the one for 8th of June which I was made aware of in Dec. i immediately paid the bill but queried it with wilgeheuwel life. my trail if emails commenced on 10 Dec requested detailed bill which I finally received and disputed a couple of items and asked fir clarity. on the 4th February they advised that they would refund me no explanation received. follow ups done since then on a weekly basis still no reply. Wilgeheuwel Life your service is awful, I have never experienced such bad service and have contacted everyone and any one for assistance or feedback to no avail. to put it blanky THEY DO NOT CARE yet we place our lives in there hands . disgusted
