Wilgeheuwel Hospital life ignoring emails and calls

Our daughter was asked to wait in casualty while her father was escorted to the main desk to pay and sign for X-rays to be taken at this time she was suffering from a leaking appendicitis. Our 15-year-old daughter was then told by a nurse to be taken to Ampath without the father's consent and presence at this time. We were informed on the 14th April 2023 that a payment for blood tests taken on the 3rd of November 2022 again we had no knowledge of and we were being threatened with ITC listings by NCCS. I have tried to contact wilgeheaval hospital as it has come to attention that the casualty doctor on call was supposed to explain all procedures and costs involved.

However our biggest concern is that blood tests were taken from a minor without parental or guardianship consent even though the parent was present in the hospital at this time.

I've asked Amapath laboratories for any form of documentation approving the procedure and none have been given. Adri Botes the head of administration has not once reply to any of my emails or calls regarding this matter.
