Wilgeheuwel Hospital Accounts Department messed up

I phoned again now and spoke to Lucia who put my call aside for 5 minutes and ignored the call, the I called again and spoke to Tasha, and she advised Vasthie Naicker are handling this case. Since the last weeks weeks i am calling and emailing with no progress at all. terrible services for an accounts department for a hospital. Escalations don’t answer their emails at all neither do anyone else. You call a hundred times and speak to different people who don’t know what is happening in accounts.

It is over a month for this account when I called in 2 weeks ago, the lady who answered then said she was going to resubmit to medical aid, plus I provided her the authorisation number. Two weeks later this is still not done.

Further to this the Bill is ONLY R960,90. Now you change it to private, and you sent me a sms for R2075. That is daylight *******. I have email proof of your triage system.

I came to your hospital for the first time ever in our lives and your accounts department is so messed up that I never want to come there again. Your doctors and nurses were good, but all works hand in hand and you cannot resolve an account for over a month which is extremely bad services.

I want feedback on date and time of this account resubmitted to medial account. And as it is over a month if they do not pay as the auth was for the one day only. I will only pay you R960.90 as you and the hospital are responsible for the delay to medical aid.
