What a disgrace Life ?

Life Wilgeheuwel Hospital- I read on the Life Hosp Website Mission Vision is - they care , display compassion , passionate about people and good listeners? I did not experience this in the least - actually a far cry from the above.

I arrived , 01 May 19 in casualties with traumatic pain in lower stomach to groin. I returned to the hospital five times pleading for help on deaf ears. No staff took me seriously or even referred to a specialist in the hospital or admitted? I remained in pain and trauma for 3 months, until I was referred by a friend to a specialist for diagnosis. I was operated on the 10Aug in the same hospital against my will. On my 2nd return I was referred to a gynecologist by management, I am a male patient?

I attempted to leave message with various persons to call me back about awful experience, left messages with head office and logged onto the website with my complaint to no avail, sadly? I have the list recorded. The *** is always engaged. I do not enjoy the arrogance and disgrace displayed by management at this hospital is alarming. I deserve a refund for 01 May costs for misdiagnosis?
