Westville Life Hospital is pathetic

My sister collapsed at work yesterday, was rushed to the ER. Symptoms: Partial temporary paralysis, loss of speech and dizziness which all indicated neurological and they did not even do the basic dermatomes, myptomes and reflex and cranial nerve tests. They were more interested in sending her home because the medical aid could not give immediate authorization and did not even offer her a liability form. I was on the phone till late last night fighting with the matron but she was more interested in handing over to the night staff which would have called me back... I am still waiting! Westville Life Hospital is pathetic and will rather send someone home to die than assist in an emergency. I said I will sign the liability forms (which was never given to her as an option) but is also still waiting for someone to get back to me... The answer I got was, we will gladly refer you to a different hospital! She went home, symptoms still there and was rushed to Hillcrest this morning and they immediately did a complete exam without even asking about medical aids liability etc...
