Westville life disappointed

My mum who was a cancer patient was admitted to westville life hospital on the 17th of May this year for dehydration. Next morning the nurses phoned me telling me she was doing fine eating and talking and that the doctor had ordered her some meds. 2 hours later they phoned me only to say that her condition has deteriorated. She passed away later that afternoon at 5:25pm and to make matters worse they didn't have a doctor to certify her dead and called us back the next morning which ended up delaying the funeral. We tried to arrange a meeting with the treating doctor who never got back to us.
