Want to summons me for an account paid in full!

I have received my hospital short payment from Life Healthcare, Wilgers Hospital, Finance Office. I had received my cancer policy payout and immediately requested the full settlement amount of the account so that I could pay it in immediately. I paid this account in full on the 16th of November. I Have since then forwarded the proof of payment to Fatima Esack, including today 3 x already. I have since then been contacted daily and numerous times per day by Blake Attorneys wanting to summons me etc for the UNPAID amount! Which in fact has been paid in full. It would be wonderful if the Hospital's Finance Office can inform their own Service Providers of full payment. It is not my responsibility to do so! Please stop letting Blake Attorneys harassing me and do your finance admin! What else must a person do when paying, we use our names and reference numbers, invoice number and well as email it to you! When is it ever enough!? Please sort this out immediately.
