VISIT 2022/08/01

Good day,

I am here by querying regarding the visiting hours for maternity. Life healthcare and Netcare have always before covid had visiting times from 8am-8pm for fathers with covid I'm aware it was 3pm-4pm and 7pm-8pm. The thing is all restrictions on covid-19 has stopped. Even though the hospital deals with covid patients there is no reason to keep me or any father from seeing the mother and baby when we want to. I have to arrange transportation to come to life brenthurst. Yesterday my wife gave birth at your hospital. Today i came here at 3:30pm as it was the soonest I could arrive and was chased out and asked to leave after 4pm by the maternity staff. This is unacceptable as you cannot stop a father from seeing his wife and newborn when he can.

Please advise accordingly.
