Vincent Pollotti Hospital wil hand you over if you paid 7 months ago

<p>My daughter went to VP casualty in May 2016, i received the account 60 days later and I paid it, I sent them the proof of payment. see email of POP 27/07/2016, THE DAY THE FIRST ACCOUNT ARRIVED. </p> <p>Imagine my surprise when I was handed over about a month ago to Revco, presumably their debt collectors. I went through the process of explaining that I paid - this account seemed to be hundreds of rand more than the original account, the Revco woman said she will follow it up. I even got her to open the attachment with me on the phone to show her that the amount outstanding had been paid, she had my proof of payment.</p> <p>Today there was another threatening sms from Revco or Life Vincent Pollotti.</p> <p>Life Healthcare you are a disgrace. You have not followed up on 2 emails that I sent you, cases were opened up, but you know how to accuse only, you are not interested in listening to reason.</p> <p>Not once have you even sent me a disputed account, I had to ask for one. You seem to think everyone will just pay becasue an sms comes your way commanding me to do so.</p> <p>You communicate via smses and when I called this morning to speak to someone before I wrote this post, the line was busy and I left a message with the operator saying I am going to hellopeter if no one calls me back, well that was over an hour ago. Guess what? NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. Y ou hide behind smses, what sort of company are u? Very unprofessional.</p> <p>I can get as nasty as you, but I will use social media. I have settled that account. And I have sent you the proof of payment too. If there was another service you performed YOU HAVE NEVER SENT ME AN ACCOUNT!!</p> <p>How I had to clear my name to you while you turn your back on me is ridiculous. You are at fault!!! Now you stop harassing me before I call to speak to a supervisor to get a name with which I can report you to the Consumer Complaints Council</p> <p>Do you think I would risk a credit issue for a measly few humdred rand? </p>
