Vincent Palotti Hospital Emergency Unit sucks

I can honestly say I have found possibly the worst Emergency Unit in Cape Town, being the one attached to Vincent Palotti Hospital. Now this is not after 1 visit, but rather several visits. How is the waiting time on the emergency doctor and hour or more. Unfriendly staff adds to the terrible experience. The worst of all is the rest of the hospitals units are actually well above average, but this unit can only be described as sucking. If l ever need to go to an emergency unit, please do not ever take me there.
