Vincent Pallotti - No shame for ripping people off!

Vincent Pallotti is a pathetic excuse for a Private Healthcare facility. They charge exorbitant rates for basic healthcare. My husband recived a call months after a stay there for two days, from a debt collection agency claiming we are liable for a R11000 account which was unpaid. We had never been informed that the medical aid had not paid the account, and upon enquiry and back and forth between the accounts dept and medical aid we discovered that they had submitted the claim late and it therefore was rejected by the scheme and they then decided to foot us with the bill.

Months later my husband checked himself into the emergency and was diagnosed with s bladder infection, given a R53.00 antibiotic which led to him having to go back again, this time they said it was a kidney infection, now with the correct antibiotic. The bills added up to about R3500 or more, and because we are on a hospital plan, not covered. I would have gotten better care if I had visited Ruyterwacht Day Hospital!!!

Then they harass people for an account that was caused by their incompetence.
