Vincent Palloti: Disgusting Accounting Practices

Absolutely shocking Customer Service experience. I have been trying to settle my mother's chemo bills for SIX Months. Despite monthly requests for a statement of account, I have not received this. I have not been given a full amount to settle. My mother has been reported to Debt Collectors and harassed with 7am phone calls where she has repeatedly told the caller to call me and when they did no further information was sent. How an organization can be this disorganized and cannot generate a statement of account for 6 months I am not sure.
